About Made Clear
Guitar Made Clear, Piano Made Clear and this website are provided by Moorst Ltd. These terms cover use of our tools and services. The apps are currently in testing; public availability and purchase options are shown in the relevant store when released.
Using the apps
You may use the apps for your own music practice, subject to the applicable store licence. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users or upload unlawful material. You retain your rights in your music and files and permit us to process them only as needed to provide the features you choose.
Practice tools
Listening, tuning and practice feedback are aids, not a guarantee of musical accuracy. Background sound, instruments, devices and technique can affect results. Review automated practice counts and keep listening to your instrument. Keep copies of important music, particularly before removing an app or changing devices.
Purchases and refunds
Any price, trial period and purchase conditions are shown before you confirm a transaction in the store. A one-time unlock applies to the app and store in which it was purchased; purchasing one app does not unlock the other app or the other store. Refunds and payment enquiries are handled through the relevant store process. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Accounts and availability
Cloud sync requires a connection and an optional music account. You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app. We may update the service and take proportionate action to address misuse or security problems. Testing services may change or be interrupted. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
